  • CANCELLATIONS

    Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to a 50% penalty charge on the base cost of the services reserved.

    LATE SHOWS

    Please call the salon if you will be arriving late for your appointment.

    If we have not been able to contact you 15 minutes after your appointment start time, you will be marked as a no-show and your spot will be offered to clients on the waitlist.

    If you are late arriving to your appointment your services may be modified to fit the remaining time.

    NO SHOWS

    No shows will be subject to pay a fee. This amount must be paid in full before additional services can be booked.

    Clients who no show more than once will be required to pre-pay the base costs of the service if they wish to book in the future.

  • We do not issue refunds on salon services, however, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service.

  • In order to protect our service providers, clients and community we have made a few changes to our salon policies. Please review them before your visit so you can help keep our environment healthy.

    •During your hair appointment, both stylist and client will be wearing a mask.

    •Your stylist may ask you to adjust your mask in order to perform your service.

    •We are allotting extra time between appointments to perform proper sterilization practices recommended by NS Health Services.

    •We are also offsetting client appointment times to minimize interactions of those coming in, and those leaving the salon.

    •We use Govt of Canada approved sanitization procedures prior to all services.

    •Our reception staff as well as our stylists will be thoroughly disinfecting tools, brushes, chairs, sinks, washrooms and all high touch surfaces between clients.

    •Hand sanitizer will be provided at the front desk and washroom.

    •Any staff who are unwell will not be coming into the salon.

    •We will be refusing service to any client who comes for their service showing any symptoms of COVID-19.

    •We ask each client to comply with a verbal COVID-19 assessment prior to appointments.

    •If you exhibit any symptoms related to COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment a minimum of 14 days after exhibiting symptoms.

    •We will not charge a cancellation charge for any guests cancelling due to COVID-19 related symptoms.

    The salon is available for a variety of special events, including bridal groups and more. (Deposit is required for booking.)
